Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, build relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Our company specializes in outsourcing, cleaning services, and community care.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
• Develop and manage budgets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong networker and communicator.
• Innovative problem solver.
• Creative with a strategic mindset.
• Holds the client and the client’s success at heart.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Romanian and English.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally with exposure to the Romanian market.
